  1. I feel like milking, is more of a verb, or an action word. Something is doing something to me, a person thing or place. Cumming is the feeling or sensation of the orgasm. That’s me anyways.

  2. Milking is the act of intentionally stroking the prostrate. It does typically mean that there is some sort of fluid getting released like cum or precum.

Milking doesn’t equal cumming/orgasm. It can for sure, but not always.

  3. Milking is the expression of prostatic fluid through whatever means without the component of the seminal vesicles. Usually white but much more watery without the component from the vesicles.

  4. For sure there’s a difference. I don’t think you can achieve much milking from an aneros. I am able to milk my prostate. The njoy Pure Wand is my favorite tool for it. I can take long hard pressure strokes back and forth across the prostate. It really is like the motion of milking a cow. I literally draw the cum out. And it’s cum. Not precum. It feels good for sure and I love seeing the vim come out in globs. But it is not an orgasm. Now…keep milking and milking and you’ll get to an orgasm. But these are two different things.
