I started out so well. Read the wiki, forums, this reddit and just about everything possible. Practiced regularly. Had some early results (different feelings anyway).
Now I’m just totally confused about it all.
I posted early in my journey that we needed a clear definition of terms to avoid confusion and allow people to identify what they’re experiencing. I feel we need it now more than ever.
I haven’t experienced anything out of body so I’m assuming I haven’t had a super o.
I have no idea what a p-wave is. Nor mini o, hfdo, or any other term you want to mention.
I love my toys. Love anal play. I think I’m just going to chuck the dictionary out and ride!
Peace out and happy new year to all!

Honestly, chucking the dictionary may be good for you. It will help going in to future sessions with no expectations. As you say, just enjoy the ride.
I hear ya. Although something happened different this morning. I spent most of the time relaxing and just feeling pleasure and buildup. But it always feels like there is a rate limiting response.
People say they feel this out the penis but my pleasure is stuffed up in my pelvis and anal region.
So i imagined i was being fucked with thrusts in and out and i must have been thinking about it for a good half hour and noticed the pelvic floor muscles were lifting the tip inside and moving with the thrusting patterns.
It was moving like the images in the instructions and tapping my p spot and i felt like it was finally moving into the penis. I started getting erect and it was definitley rocking in a way different than i ever experienced. Like this is what ive been waiting for.
No super o. But i feel like im further down the road in this many year journey.
Im assuming now its a matter of right position and continuing that visualization to the end results?
I think understanding the terminology helped me quite a lot. Think of knowing what the general definition of these concepts as a way of measuring milestones. They aren’t goals or expectations but more of unlit lightbulbs that will suddenly turn on. You’ll know.
Go into your sessions without any goals or expectations and do as you said, just enjoy whatever happens.
Eventually the light bulbs will start to turn on helping you understand and process what you are feeling.
You don’t mention how long you’ve been practicing, and I’m sure you’ve read it before, but for most it takes quite some time to get to the really good stuff.
Trust me when I say that even if it takes several years, it is worth every single second.
