Can I use an a stimulator at all with no control of my PC muscles?

So, I’ve been thinking about getting myself a helix but I looked into the mechanism a bit and it requires use of the PC muscles.

Due to a disability I unfortunately don’t have any voluntary control over these muscles. So, would I even be able to use an Aneros?

  2. Solid question. I believe so. Quite often I will put one in and then go about my business. Within an hour of doing absolutely nothing, I will start getting involuntary contractions.

  3. Difficult question for most of us to respond to… but you can offer a tremendous amount of help to those in your same situation… Bravo to you!! Keep trying different things and let us know how your Journey is progressing.. thank you, and keep sharing… this could be groundbreaking information coming… mazel tov…

  4. I’m no expert, but it depends I’d say. Is it that there’s no movement in the muscles at all, or it’s just that you can’t physically move them?

I see in a previous comment you say that it spasmed, if that’s the case then it sounds like it could be perfect for you! I use the “do nothing” method and have insane sessions, with most results from actively trying not to clench any muscle and relaxing any muscles that are clenching , but if you physically can’t clench, and the muscles are free to do their own thing, it would nearly be easier for you.

An alternative could be the Helix Syn V, their Vibrating model as its made for prostate play with a lower, rumbling frequency of vibration.

Enjoy the Helix! I hope it goes well. Also, don’t be disheartened if you don’t get much feeling from the first time. You’ll have to give it a few sessions before you know how it goes. Best of luck! Looking forward to the update
