I’ve been a prostate play fan for about 2 years now and my collection has grown from a single Aneros to 3 Aneros toys, dildos, vibrating prostate massagers and the famous Njoy Pure Wand. However, my question really relates to Aneros massagers as I feel these have the most potential for me to achieve hands free orgasms.
I struggled for AGES to get involuntary contractions but I recently started to get them by focusing more on slowly tightening the sphincter muscle, holding the contraction for 30 seconds and then slowly relaxing. This now creates a lot of quivering which continues even when I fully relax – I consider this to be involuntary contractions. Sometimes this quivering causes what I think are “p-waves”. For me, this is when the scrotum moves (if you know, you know) and my penis gets hard very quickly and my perineum generates a lot of pleasure. This is the best way I can describe it and I’d love if someone could also confirm if this is considered p-waves as it’s just my assumption to what these are.
Whilst this eventually makes my prostate feel quite good, I’m at a loss of where to go now in terms of going for orgasms. I always thought that if I achieved involuntaries then these would lead to hands free, dry orgasms but sadly this hasn’t been the case.
I’m not sure if it’s a simple case of just letting go of any expectations or including different physical techniques but I’d like to know if anyone has any advice going forward or if there was anything you did in my situation which improved your ability to experience dry and super-os.

Involuntaries have never worked all that great for me. I usually just use my pc muscles to massage at a steady pace and then start thrusting my hips when I want to go faster than I can with just pc muscle contractions. I get waves and at least a few dry orgasms each session and can always end with a hands free wet orgasm. super o happens on occasion but is never my expectation.
I’ve not made it there yet, but as of this weekend I’m getting a lot closer, with what I think are multiple p waves.
What’s made the difference for me is getting a good understanding of how to move the different muscles. The movement that works most is:
1. Relaxing the muscle that holds in pee, relax it a lot, then try and relax it again. It seems to keep relaxing more as I try this…
2. Push down lightly from muscles above the aneros, it’s not quite like you’re trying to push out a poo, but it is a bit…
3. Clench the sphincter muscle a bit.
I know it sounds like I’m trying to get you to make a mess, but honestly, this is what’s working for me currently.
If weed is an option, I highly recommend it.
For me it was a total game changer.

I’m in a similar boat as your my friend. Been using my Aneros for about two years now and love it. Pop it in and use pc muscles, but for a long time never got past the p-waves. Felt amazing especially when having sex with the wife and made for more intense orgasms. What finally got me over the hump was using my hand on my perineum. Cupping my balls with one hand, putting the p-tab between my middle and ring finger and rubbing my perineum. This would move the Aneros across my prostate a little more quickly and with enough force to really feel it
The involuntary spasms soon took over and I had my first dry orgasms, one after another over a span of 15-25 minutes, before feeling spent and exhausted. I decided to give it another go and surprised myself with a wet orgasm.
The whole session took about 2.5 hours so give yourself some time, relax and get horny. Also don’t get discouraged, my next couple sessions were not nearly as intense. But as time went on I started having more and more success in shorter times. Still takes at least an hour to really get in the groove.
Everyone is a little different, and you need to learn your body and how to listen to it. I’ve practiced PC control for many years to hold back orgasms during sex or edging sessions, and strengthening those helps a lot with the Aneros.
