Hi all,
I’ve been using my Eupho Syn Trident for about a week now, and have made good progress. Recently, I’ve started feeling my first involuntaries and p-waves.
Unfortunately, I can’t quite get to a super-O because of an inevitable throbbing pain in my lower right side. Initially, there’s a feeling of fullness and a need to urinate, which I until recently chalked up to fluid buildup in the prostate (a good thing, right?). I focus back on the movement of the toy and while my pleasure grows, the discomfort grows at a faster rate. Eventually, the discomfort turns into constant, throbbing pain (like a bruise after a nasty hit or pulling a muscle, not pleasurable at all), and I am forced to stop the session because the pain is overwhelming any other sensation.
I hobble over to the bathroom and have what seems to be the longest piss of my life – the fluid that comes out is almost entirely clear, and afterwards, the pain instantly goes away (though I’m too far out of it to get back to work).
This usually happens 3-4 hours into a session, so I feel like I’m just taking too long and need to actually pee. I discussed it with my doctor and I’m positive I don’t have some kind of injury/illness, so is there just too much fluid building up in the prostate? Does that mean I’m taking too long? Or am I supposed to just power through the pain? Can you even urinate out excess prostate fluid?
For what it’s worth, I like to lie on my back and use the do-nothing method, so I don’t think I’m crushing the prostate too hard or anything. Thanks in advance.

3/4 hours is extremely long. The pelvic muscles are susceptible to becoming overly tense, which in some people can actually lead to a condition called chronic pelvic pain syndrome. You do know want to get that condition, despite the fact it’s treatable with with physical therapy. The prostate and the surrounding nerves/structures are sensitive too, so you don’t want to aggravate them.Try to limit your sessions to 1-2 hours. If your symptoms persist outside of sessions or during regular sex then definitely see a doctor and or pelvic pain physical therapist. It may be a good idea to start some exercises now that will keep your pelvic floor relaxed (not kegels!) such as belly breathing and light stretches, they’re quite easy to find on YouTube. Get checked for bladder infection or stones. Also try a shorter device. We are all made different, your bladder may be really low. Try not fully inserting the device, go to the center point of the prostate and keep your hands on it to not let it go further in. See if you can have pleasure without pain this way, if yes, great news, if no, seek medical help.
