First time having multiple Super O’s – arousal is important!

I had my first Super-O about a month ago now and I’ve been able to achieve a Super O once in every two to three or more sessions I’d say. This week I’ve had a lot of free time and have been having 3-4 hour sessions every single day and it’s been amazing. So many different orgasms and feelings! I’ve been experimenting with different ways of preparing and changing things up in my sessions just to see how it is. Last nights was the best by a long way.

It’s been 10 days since I ejaculated and I can easily arouse myself to a fairly intense level. I often just dive straight in to my sessions but really took my time last night. Gave myself 90 mins to prep my body, which included pre-lubing, relaxing and reading a book until my mind was too distracted 🙂 then another 30-40 minutes of arousing and teasing myself. I touched my body, did PC/kegel exercises, teased myself with my progasm and it was great. It’s rare for me to pre-cum but I was lovely and wet and it was at that point I just *had* to start.

Laid on the floor with my legs on the bed, sort of like a Z shape. Inserted my Progasm and just relaxed… really savoured everything. The way it felt inside me, how good it felt to finally have what I was craving. Involuntaries started quickly, and then p-waves, and then my first prostate orgasm. I’d say this was within the first 15 mins. An hour or so went by that was filled with intense p-waves, a few prostate orgasms and a dry orgasm.

Heart started beating fast, followed by lots of shaking and a little thrashing and fast involuntary contractions. I think this went on for about 30 minutes before my body just stopped. Completely still. Then a sinking/falling feeling and a slow build up of intense pleasure over my whole body – my mind sort of wanders and I can see flashing images of random things – some memories, some fantasies and another part of my mind is present and feeling all of the amazing feelings crashing through my body – first Super Orgasm of the session.

I had to take a break after that, felt kind of overwhelmed to took out the Progasm and had some water and a sit down. I was exhausted! But my body wasn’t done there and my prostate was tingling. Went back and lubed up my Eupho. I slipped straight back in to orgasms, mainly dry o’s and then another super orgasm. Came round from that, had some more p-waves and then another super orgasm! After that I was totally done, I had to just remove the toy and lay down on the floor and just gather myself.

The difference between all the other orgasms and a Super O for me is headspace, it’s like my brain goes to outer space when I’m having a Super Orgasm. Other orgasms can be accompanied with body thrashing or twitching but supers are almost always completely still and calm for me.

Building lots of arousal is really important to have a good session, it’s not necessary and I can have a good time without it but it makes it soo much better when I go in to a session and I’m practically gagging for it.

Can you gimme some pointer, noob here, just had a session jn trying to do nothing and relax, got to a point where there felt like a tingly pulse where my prostrate is, then my stomach to suck in and tense up, I ve try leaving it alone or relaxing the muscle but both did nothing. The main thing for me is that I don’t know if I’m getting p waves or not or if the clenching of abs is involuntary or something I’m actively doing. Would really appreciate some wisdom

  5. How do you proceed once you start having involuntaries? Mine usually eventually die out if I do nothing. Or if I do something too. Do you continue to completely relax, breathe, and do nothing? Do you play with your kegels? Need to figure out how to let these progress.
