A little bit of background: I’m gay, 22yo, bottom.   3. Hello! For me involuntaries are not a necessity but I can get them occasionally. They are kind of a flutter of your muscle groups brought on by fatigue in them. Sounds like you are getting some of the nice sensations that will lead to the promised land! The trick is to just let them happen, focus on them without actively trying to push them along if that makes sense. As far as visual or audio aids, I don’t use visual since it’s too distracting, but I do have a really good 2 hour relaxing audio that I listen to. Really sets my mind to floating.

  4. If you are a bottom you are presumably used to getting fucked or at least you like it or the idea of it. I think it is very useful to get in the mindset that gets you fully aroused. I don’t think porn is best for that, because we subconsciously equate porn with masturbation and because it can be distracting you from the micro sensations and what your body is telling you. So I recommend trying to bring your mind to an aroused place by imagining being fucked, tenderly or being used, whatever you like. Imagine your partners and what the might do to you in minute detail.

    For me involuntaries are clear as day, and anyone with fingers in my ass can confirm it. My asshole and other muscles throb in and out 2-4 times a second for seconds on end.
