I’ve been using aneros helix and progasm for a few years now. I can consistently get to the point of a hands free wet orgasm every time, my dick is completely soft, it usually feels great still but I’m finding it less enjoyable now, and wondering if anyone has success achieving anything after having had a hfwo. I feel like I might be able to carry on and get back into it after, it’s a different feeling than the refactory period after a penile stimulation orgasm.

My shit stays hard for the entirety of a session, so different experience. That said, yes. I can HFWO, have multiple very hard, dry p-gasms and HFWO again. Happens more w/ Eupho Syn Trident. Progasm Jr. is more like “jerking-off” the prostate for me.
