Which aneros should I invest in next?
I currently have a prograsm and do like it and have learned a lot on my journey. I’ve found that there isn’t much movement with the prograsm and wanted to try another model to keep learning and working towards some new feelings.
Any advice on whether I should go for the MGX or the Helix. Also Syn vs no syn? Does it make a difference?

I have both the MGX and Progasm and regularly use them both. The MGX will give you the sensation of more movement and the ridges feel amazing when it really gets moving!!
Next best step would be either MGX Syn or Helix Syn, both are great. After that, get the Eupho Syn which moves the most.
Helix over MGX only if you are looking for firmer pressure on your prostate. Based on what you said, I would go MGX or Eupho, not syn because the silicone is too grabby. The Eupho is one of my favorites, and used every session. Gives tons of room for improving your sessions, you have to either have excellent pc muscle control or go for the do absolutely nothing approach. MGX is closer to the Eupho than the Progasm.
On the other hand we have the Helix which will, like the Progasm hit hard on the prostate. However the Helix is better due to the shape of the head/face. The Progasm is too pointy for my liking, one of my least favorite devices. The Helix is not one of Aneros best sellers for no reason.
MGX all the way. If you want prostate massage it’s my go to.
