I usually listen to audios during an aneros session. But I find it a little bit uncomfortable to lie on my side wearing ear buds. Audio includes binaural beats so earbuds are a must for me.
So ideally I wanna listen to them on my back but the thing is lying on my back interferes with the movement of my aneros (MGX). Any tips for this?

On your back, knees bent, pillow under the small of your back or glutes if you’d like (these are the best for obvious reasons: https://www.amazon.com/ComfiLife-Premium-Comfort-Seat-Cushion/dp/B010TLSFA6/) and if you’re finding that your legs get tired of being held up like that add pillows to the right and left of your thighs for support. 🙂

Try putting a snug fitting beanie on over your earbuds
This is all you need. Thin, soft, keeps earbuds close so they don’t fall out and stay smooth to your profile, unlike earmuffs.
Also great as a simultaneous blindfold so you can get a sensory deprivation thing going and focus.

Look up sleepband it’s like a headband with flat speakers where your ears are so you can lay on your side and it doesn’t hurt. I think it’s like 20 bucks. Definitely worth it.
Try rolling up a towel and placing it under the small of your back. Helps elevate your pelvis a bit and keeps the aneros from hitting the bed.
