How do you guys keep your nipples hard while using a Eros

This might not be the best place but where I live it’s really hot and even inside with ac on and the fan, my room is still very hot. I have to flick my nipples every couples if minutes to keep them hard and it gets annoying. How can I keep them hard for a long time. My room gets really hot so it’s hard even if I’m completely naked. I don’t have clamps
