I purchased the Aneros Helix Sun Trident almost 10yrs ago and I’ve tried it maybe a total of 15 times always with high hopes and I’ve gotten minimal results almost everytime. I’ve relaxed and given myself space and time, used my muscles to work it back n forth, kept it in for about an Hr., even used it during piv sex and still nothing seems to give me anything mind blowing. I’ll even add when I stimulate my perineum I get an amazing result maybe not mind blowing but on the cusps of it. I’ve even tried prostate massages with partners finger and that feels better than the aneros but still not as powerful as the perineum massage and not mind blowing.
I do orgasm from masturbation and having something inserted gives a slight bit of pressure which feels better but I feel like I’m missing out on something with this. Does it sound like I just need to try something bigger or is my technique wrong?

15 sessions in ten years is barely anything. You kinda have to train relatively consistently to rewire your prostate with a massager.
It’s just like how you can’t go to the gym twice and expect to get swole.
Your first sentence says what you are doing wrong. You need to try 15 times in the first few months. Also find the first three Mindgasm free videos on YouTube and try listening to them while you do it.
As been written, once and a half time a year might not be enough to get any results. But don‘t overdue it now. Like with the body workouts already mentioned, it‘s no good idea to go to the gym every day. Three times a week may help you in the saddle. First and foremost get the basics done and read the wiki on the Aneros website. It helped me a lot on my journey.
Big gifts come in small packages, meaning, no, you need no bigger tool and no, you won‘t get more than minimal results in the beginning. Your high hopes you could name high hurdles, because letting go expectations is the only way to get aware of the hidden power of those minimal results you mentioned. Think of a piano you hammer your fist on and of a piano player who gently strokes some of the ivories and catches you with an ecstasizing harmony. The keys keep their size.
Six years in and what I‘ve achieved so far, I find it worth a lot of trying, but admittedly it‘s not for everyone, why I make no promises, only my 2 cents here. Good luck!
I’m not an expert but I’ll share from my own experiences. A penis orgasm and prostate orgasm are different. Both are amazing in their own way. A prostate orgasm is not limited to the 15 seconds of pleasure but offers unending waves of cascading pleasure. It took a while for my body to learn what to do. For me, my body had to learn to ignore the penis as the source of stimulation. Many describe this as rewiring. I had to be ok with little flutters, at first. For weeks that’s all it was … Flutters. With time I began to have a “what was that?” moment– a wave flow through my body. I would imagine a thread attached to my aneros running up to my face and imagine drawing up the waves into my brain. This intensified. Finally my body learned how to respond. I was/am rewired. Now my body gobbles up my aneros and begins immediately to orgasm. Patience is a virtue.
Imo all the tutorials focus too much on “relaxing” and contraction routines, and sometimes over complicate things.
What brought me over the top was finding my prostate, leaning the toy against it and holding it there. or better yet, i think about riding the toy with my prostate. I’m not really focused on how hard I’m contracting what muscle or how relaxed I am. If the toy is making direct contact (that somewhat tingly/sensitive part) the sensations build over time.
15 sessions in 10 years is NOTHING. You need to be more consistent with your sessions.
