Just wanted some opinions here. I’ve read that the do nothing, “no Kegels, no flexing, nothing is the way”, but others have said to do multiple mindgasm routines on YouTube. I’ve tried both and still have had little to no results. Anyone have any feedback on switching from one to the other and finding success?

It’s a journey. Learn as much as you can, try anything you stumble across and keep exploring and experimenting. What works for one, won’t necessarily work for the another. Nobody has code to YOUR body. Do the work, stay opened minded and know that good things will come If you embrace the journey, celebrate the small victories and don’t let yourself get discouraged/frustrated.
Both work, but to me the “do nothing” method worked the best. However, imho the most importan thing is “being in the mood” aka horny. If the mindset is not there, the sessions will be meh at best. Also be relaxed and don’t really expect much, let things flow, with time it’ll pay off 🙂
After a few mindgasm lessons, I now do those rolling kegel exercises most of the day whatever I’m doing.
For the Aneros session I do nothing. However, towards the end of a session I’ll do the mindgasm exercise very lightly, like tiny amounts of contraction, just to change it up again and refresh
I didn’t have success with either. Gave up and just started wearing a massager while edging and watching porn. Then i noticed orgasms were more powerful and was able to hone in on the feelings and have had a lot of success from that.
As others have pointed out, it is different for everyone. That being said, I downloaded the Mindgasm app and have had the most success using it. It does cost 10/month for more than the first three lessons, but I would honestly pay 20 or 30/month.
