I’m 54. I’ve never been into putting anything in my ass. It’s always been an exit only hole. However, over the last several months I’ve had the urge to try something different. The Helix Syn Trident arrived from Amazon today.
I used coconut oil as lube. I turned on some porn, got horny, lubed up everything, stood up in front of the sofa, bent over and inserted the toy. I was very surprised at how easy it went in! I’ve never been into putting things up my ass but this thing just went in with no problems at all!! Holy cow!! I did some reading on the forums while I was waiting for this to show up and knew not to expect very much this first time. I sat (Kind of laid back) back down on the sofa and continued watching porn. I didn’t even feel it in my ass. That also surprised me. Here I was sitting on the sofa with a toy in my ass and I didn’t even feel it! How is that possible? I started doing some kegels and could sort of feel it then. It felt ok I guess. Nothing to write home about or mind blowing (Not that I would write home about it anyway). I kept watching porn and eventually got off using my hand. I know, that’s not what’s supposed to happen here when you use the Helix Syn Trident. But damn, I was horny and needed release. The whole thing lasted probably 20 to 30 minutes.
The red tab thing goes in the front just below my balls when I’m standing up…right? What position should I be in when using this? Should I lay down on my back, stomach, side, sit/lay back on the sofa or what? I’m going to try again in a day or two. Any suggestions or tips for the next time?

As many have stated it can take multiple sessions before you get results took me few weeks. Some things in the human body need to be rewired and/or trained. Definitely helps to be hands free. It also can take 30 plus minutes to get going. The urge to finish can be tell sign.
At the beginning of your journey I would recommend not being too strict about not stimulating your penis. Yes, it is important to tune into the sensation of the prostate and traditional masturbation can hinder this . But if you’re not aware of where your prostate is and how it feels, stimulating your penis can actually help and might help you to locate that sweet spot.
Pay attention to your body and what feels good. Hope you have some great experiences
I lay on my back for the best effect
hope your new journey will be good! there is a lot of new things you may discover. There is a re wiring process that will happen. my best success has been when i a am laying on my back. knees up a bit and open. the focus is not on your dick. it’s inside. the p spot. Use lots of lube and the time. Not all sessions will be amazing or glorious. it took me 2 years to have my 1st full on orgasm. now i can have as many as 4 in 20 min. Its the subtle feelings and movements that make it right. dont have to be hard and fast. Be mindful. feel the body responses.

I’ve been using the Helix Syn Trident for a couple of years now, I end a roughly 90 minutes sessions either riding good p-waves and then decide to stop, or with HFWO which makes me forcibly conclude. IMHO the best out of Aneros devices is when you become able to reach full body orgasms, Super-O, and you won’t get there if you keep stimulating your penis because arousal should take a different route, connecting brain and prostate. Somebody said it is not a question of separating orgasm from eiaculation but orgasm from your genitals, I. e. Orgasms happen in the brain.
It is a learning process, and it is very important you always enjoy your journey. Best of luck.
