I’ve been doing prostate play on and off over many years, without getting to the Super-O. Except once. I had been doing a session, initially without much success. At a certain point I dozed off, and as the toy got caught up in an involuntary contraction, something special happened. My prostate was sending waves of pleasure along my spine towards my head. That lasted a few minutes. Heavenly. Not full body shaking, just these highly pleasurable waves. This was over 10 years ago, and I’ve been unable to reproduce that sensation ever since.
Generally, I’m quite impatient (waiting in line is torture) and I have a very active and analytical mind. I’ve tried to go into hypnotic trance for a long time, using different files, but without any success. Even an IRL session with a certified hypnotist (just for helping me to relax) went nowhere. It would seem that I’m just unable to “let go”. Also, it takes a long time for me to fall asleep at night (30-60 minutes on average).
Where am I going with this? I’m wondering if I’m “doing it wrong” somehow. I’m not expecting a miracle solution, but I’d be interested if there are other people like me out there, and if they were able to “get there” somehow. What did you do to relax? Did you use a specific technique?
I’ve been trying HHC lately and the sensations during a prostate session are greatly amplified by it. But I get no orgasms of any kind. At this point I’m convinced it’s a mindset issue. I’ve been trying to leave my expectations at the door and remain completely passive during my prostate sessions, but except highly pleasurable feelings (which I appreciate very much for what they are), there is not even an indication of any kind of climax building up. Worst thing is that I know for a fact that my body is capable of it. But at this point I’m at a loss and it’s quite discouraging. Have you ever tried meditation? And trust me I know you might be inclined to say “my mind is much too active to sit still and meditate,” but that would be exactly the point. Even starting small with 5 minutes of mindful breathing a day can, over time, allow you to access that open and relaxed mindset that you can then apply to prostate sessions (and of course the benefits expand to other parts of life as well).
As for the highly pleasurable feelings, that’s definitely a good sign. Unlike penile orgasms, there’s no distinct “edge” to prostate orgasms. Instead those highly pleasurable feelings *are* the orgasm. With time and practice the feelings often expand, last longer, and grow in intensity. Trust me I’ve been on this journey for almost 4 years now and I’ve had my best sessions yet in just the past couple months.
For me the key mindgasm and the smallest Aneros massagers that allowed me achieving consistent orgasms.
Experiment with different massagers. I found that got me there. Mindgasm is also a great tool.
I had similar experience and had a super o when dozed off. Woke up with my whole body shaking was ecstatic but also scary. I think the learning from that is you have to be super relaxed. Mindset is important too I think relaxation is even more important. I think the muscles tense up too much when I have the sessions and best sessions with dry orgasms come when I’m breathing and just relaxing. Another sign that you are super relaxed is when you pop in the aneros you don’t feel anything inside you. It’s just slotted in the right place and gliding without any friction. The only thing I can feel at that point is my prostate just thumping and purring along. Find a way to relax whether taking bit of weed or bath or mediation. You will get there in the end!

Not sure it’d help but I went to great lengths to teach myself how to nap in the middle of the day a few years ago. I have always struggled with dozing off.
It was all about the process and ritual the helped my mind get into the right space.
