It seems from what im able to find online that the helix syn is a good choice for a first aneros? I understand that personal preference is the main deciding factor, so as someone who doesn’t have any Aneiros I’m wondering what the ‘safest’ choice would be? I am average height if that makes a difference. Thank you in advance for any input advice or insight

Helix is a good bet but after years of buying devices I’ve found that it’s all more down to the fundamentals than the toy. Get the fundamentals down and you can orgasm without anything inserted. Dive in and see where it goes!
As An3ros152 mentioned, if you focus on getting the basics, the tool doesn’t much matter. I now have pretty intense orgasms without any toy so that has to tell you something. That said, I love my Eupho Syn. I have a Progasm Jr but it’s nowhere near as comfortable and rarely gets used.
Eupho was my first and I’ve contemplated buying another Syn model to have something to compare/contrast my Eupho to but never pull the trigger on another one.
I’m a believer that techniques (broad subject from mental, physical and emotional), mindset, and levels of arousal yield bigger differences than swapping out a toy would so prefer to make those aspects my top priority and just run my trusty ol’ Eupho.
I can now say that I have (or had) every Aneros model, by a very long stretch my favorite is the Vice 2. It is larger, but that is the draw. It hits the prostate way better for me than any Aneos device has. The second best is Eupho Syn again by wide margins. Third is definitely the Tempo (or tiny paradise, material is the only difference really).
Going back i the Vice, I do not like vibration, or it needs to be less vibration, the Vice is slightly too powerful for me. I prefer to have it non powered. I have little experience with it, but know it will be one of my all time favorites.
Pure Wand sits on top.
Glass bead Dildo second.
Vice 2, third 🤷🏻♂️, maybe.
Helix Syn Trident or Helix Syn V
The Eupho will work for all experience levels and is super comfortable and has good reach. But it’s more subtle than the Helix, so if you’re not sure about your prostate sensitivity, then I’d go with the Helix as the “safest” bet. Honestly both are great choices for slightly different reasons, either will be great and would be my recommendation for beginners.
