  3. There are multiple types of orgasms. This write up suggests to me that you’re thinking the different kinds of stimulation leads to one and only one type of orgasm with ejaculation.

And then move on to thinking about having an orgasm once you can feel pleasure in your prostate. Most people don’t ejaculate hands free from prostate orgasms. There are a few on here that can.
