I need help

Found this Reddit forum through a few google searches as I’ve been frantically reading many sites/forms to find a solution to my problem.

26M. It all started when I took a 5mg THC/CBD edible alone at home one night. I have an overactive bladder to begin with and have constant urinary frequency – which probably puts strain on my prostate to be begin with. A few hours into the edible, I watched porn and masturbated as usual. I then lied down on my couch and tried to relax. All of a sudden I felt a tingling sensation in my genital region and was aroused so decided to watch more porn. I was then thrown into an orgasmic spell without even touching my genitals – which after reading a lot of these posts I’ve come to find out it was a mindgasm/coregasm type of experience. It happened back to back as some of you have explained for at least 20 minutes. Probably the most intense pleasurable feeling I’ve ever experienced. I could’ve kept going forever it seemed like, but I got scared because I didn’t know what was happening. I’ve never heard of these types of orgasms before – the first thing I could think of was “oh no, I’m having spontaneous orgasms and these are never going to go away”. So I was in a very frantic state and tried to ease my mind. I took ibuprofen and Tylenol to try to ease my tingling and overly sensitive genitals. I could’ve kept the experience going but I was fighting it and wanted it to end.

Fast forward to the next day, the sensation didn’t go away and I went to the ER and told them about the experience. They assumed I had an STD because of the discharge (precum) I was having. They sent me home with antibiotics and the sensation went away the following day. All the tests came back negative.

Fast forward a week later, I started having the feeling out of nowhere one night – not on any edibles or other drugs. I was again scared because I had no idea what the feeling was. I felt as though I could just think about something sexual and I would have pulsating sensations that would send tingles throughout my whole body. My genitals felt very aroused and I felt like I could use my core to produce similar orgasmic sensations (mind you none of this involves any prostate play, I have never even touched my prostate before). Went back to the ER, all blood and urine tests came back negative. They did a CT scan and diagnosed me with Prostatitus as they said it was inflamed. It has been 1 1/2 weeks from the onset of these symptoms and they won’t go away. My current feelings are fullness in my perinium, anus, burning sensation in penis and my testicles are very sensitive. The main issue I’m having is the sense of stimulation and horniness, it won’t go away. I’m having trouble sleeping at night and I’m having extreme anxiety because it interferes with my everyday life.

I’m reaching out to this group because I’m scared and I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to live like this forever. I want these feelings to go away. I respect everyone’s post in here in trying to achieve what I have, but it is unwanted for me as it has been a constant sensitive feeling for over a week. Will it just take time to go away? I don’t know where to turn, am I going crazy?

Yes, if it’s prostatitis you’ll have to let the meds do their thing. On the plus side you visited the Aneros sub and, once you get over the infection, Aneros devices are very good at keeping your prostate healthy as well as providing stunning pleasure should you want to explore that under more controlled conditions.

  3. Have a listen to any Forrest Andrews interviews on various podcasts etc. He speaks in detail about his experience with prostatitis and how he began his journey with Aneros. As a user but later becoming product tester and more.

  4. Have you read about Persistent Genital Arousal Syndrome? There’s not a ton of research on the topic but sounds somewhat similar.

I think certain pinched nerves can cause this. Some SSRIs can help block your brain from these sensations. But see if your meds help stop this.
