I think I had my first Super-O.. it was intense – and the tricks that helped me

Let’s talk about the orgasm (Super-O), how I achieved it, my “tricks” and my questions:

Disclaimer: Everything has actually been done *without* an aneros as I’m out of home, just pure muscles. No touching and zero other drugs involved. An aneros might have intensified the experience.

**Super-O:**
I have never experienced anything comparably in my life before. This orgasm lasted for about 5 minutes and my entire body was shaking, every muscle in my entire body felt stimulated. I felt lightweight.

The shaking, my body felt so stimulated that I couldn’t move at all. I tried it but all the sensations were too intense. My mouth was wide open as I couldn’t realize what is happening right now (and I’d have moaned to death if this flat wasn’t shared).

Very interestingly, my dick became rock hard and pumped up like never before. This is probably what the aneros wiki describes as “engorgement”. The muscular flexing across the entire body intensified the penile feeling and a few drops came out. But compared to the rest of the body, it only played a minor role.

When I then released my PC muscle, another wave of feelings I can’t described flew over my body. It just felt glorious.

**How I achieved it:**

I mostly laid on my back, legs angled comfortably. I aroused myself by looking at hot pictures. I think videos are too distracting and if I want to be aroused, pictures are way more effective. While doing so, I switched between contracting my PC muscle and sphincter muscle. Contracting both at once, switching up.

Honestly, as I used no aneros, the sphincter muscle didn’t help stimulating at all. It only helped the PC muscle to de-stabilize and make unpredictable movements, adding to the pleasure. Contracting the PC muscle slightly (10-30%) was the most pleasurable for some reason. Occasionally pressing much harder (60-100%) put me on another level of pleasure.

After a while, I put the pictures away and just closed my eyes, concentrating on the area of my prostate. This helped out the most as only this way, there were P-waves. When I just concentrated my muscles, there was less pleasure. But primarily focussing on the prostate and glory area around it and treating the muscles secondarily, THAT helped out the most.

In the middle of the session, I stood up and went to the toilet to pee. The entire area around the prostate felt so aroused and stimulated, even though I stopped flexing. So taking a short break in between seems to not negatively impact the outcome.

When I sat down on the edge again of my bed, having my pelvic floor just press against my bed, this was extremely stimulating as well. Playing around with the muscles, I could induce P-Waves more easily in this position.

Laying again for a while and playing around with the PC muscle (and focussing on the area around the prostate), I just felt like this is the moment. I pressed my PC muscle at 110% and then the Super-O was initiated. Then I just enjoyed the time. It took about 1.5h until I reached the climax.

**My “tricks”:**

* Focus on the area round the prostate! Move your consciousness to that place of your body. Doing this alone, I already felt great pleasure and my body contracted the muscles by itself.
* **Probably the most important:** The pleasant glory area was much “higher” than I thought! Usually I contracted the area exactly in between butthole and start of the dick. However, I had to go more towards the beginning of my dick. THIS is where I experienced the pleasure. This is where my previous trick is the most effective.
* Sphincter muscles didn’t bring immediate pleasure as I had no aneros and was neglected.
* Switching the positions a few times (laying -> sitting -> standing shortly -> laying …) switched up the sensations and made it more interesting, enjoyable.
* Yes, everyone says this but I’ll repeat it anyways: Just relax, don’t be distracted, enjoy the moment. I did it in the night, so before going to bed when nobody could distract me. Experiment with where you put your focus and how you contract your muscles, follow the pleasurable paths.

**My questions:**

* Was this an actual, traditional Super-O? Because I expected something completely different, more towards a regular orgasm. This felt more like a firework of pleasant muscle contractions and less of a result of prostate stimulation.
* Now on the next day, the area around my prostate/PC muscle still feels pleasantly sensitive. Focussing on that area, it feels as if I could start another session any time. Is that normal?
* Is this glory area (more towards the beginning of the dick) I talked about actually the prostate? Or did I just experience some muscular adventure?

    I have one thought though, this may have only been a strong prostate orgasm. Due to you being able to not scream and talk/moan. When I have a super orgasm there is no stopping anything, I actually lose all control, including controlling my loudness.

    During some really good prostate orgasms in my early days I thought they were super O’s but I had some control like you mention. I love my prostate orgasms, but supers are a totally different level of Awesomeness!

    This technique seems so easy and reproducible. I will probably try it again tomorrow and share my experiences by doing the leg angling from the very beginning.
