Been at this whole thing a while.
I feel like the last few sessions I’ve had have been really good, but there’s two things I’m wondering.
I tend to notice when I feel a p-wave coming on that I tend to tense up my muscles, especially in my legs. When I release, the pleasure tends to dissipate. Should I be trying to not tense up or should I just go for it?
I’m also curious if anyone else has this experience. When I put the toy in I often find the first 15 minutes of the session are where the strongest feelings are for me. After that it kind of just tapers off. Does anyone else have this and maybe a suggestion for getting out of the funk and carrying the good feelings on?

I have sessions during which I can tend to get tense as well and it seems to hinder my pleasure. In my last session I made a conscious effort to stay relaxed and it was a spectacular experience!
Okay, I’ve had that before, and here’s how I trained myself not to tense up and ruin what’s happening…
During basic masturbation it was like work, super tense, fast, deliberate, and focused. Because it’s all we grow up knowing, and it’s what ends up being brought to the table when it comes to prostate milking. 🤷
I practiced achieving the complete opposite by actually breathing thru my stomach during masturbation. Don’t tense up. It’s almost like trying to completely ignore what’s going on, remain calm and completely unfocused, and when you breathe, don’t let it go to your chest.
Push your stomach out like you’re trying to look pregnant, and when you feel it cumming you need to absolutely maintain your lack of focus (if that even makes sense! 🤣) and just allow your body to react. It’s absolutely amazing, and your body will go nuts all on its own 😩.
After you’ve achieved that level of….idk…”Head empty, all horny”…you can take that experience with your body and apply it to your prostate play!
And when you do….bring a bucket 🪣 🤣
The secret is subtle toy movement, but getting there can be tricky at first.
There are two phases of enjoyment: with and without involuntary movement. You may have to manually control the toy with muscle movements with your anus and pc muscles until you can get those involuntaries going. After that, keep your focus on your fantasy and proceed to the next step.
The toy should be able to move as freely as possible, in and out of you on its own. This means, great lubrication, relaxation, and angling your butt and diaphram in such a way to provide as little friction as possible, so that if you were to do absolutely nothing, the toy could more or less just slip out. Don’t let it slip out, but have it be as slick as possible so that it could. Taking a deep breath in with your stomach/diaphram is one way to do this, but angling your hips is the other. A pillow under your ass goes a long way at this point because it makes the anal canal straighter, allowing the toy to move along with your involuntaries. During this phase, keeping completely relaxed and in-tune with the feeling of your toy is your focus, and you can stop manually moving your toy in and out. If your involuntaries stop, you can flex your anus and PC muscles to bring them back. In order to get the toy to move freely, you might want to spread your cheeks, because this also in turn affects the anal canal and how easily the toy can move (especially aneros models that have feet).
As long as the toy can continue to move, and its movement is accentuated by involuntaries, you’re on your way to a HFO.
You can continue to have as many HFOs as your lube, time, and stamina will then allow. Have fun!
