“Why Is The Do-Nothing Method So Effective? I Have An Idea”

I was up early this morning and just decided to chill-out on my favorite sofa. I found a nice track or two on YouTube and, with headphones on, began to relax. New for me this morning: I decided to see if I can COMPLETELY RELAX my PC muscles/anus and anything else within that could possibly be tensed-up. I started in earnest for about 10 or 15 minutes. But then, something strange happened……..I couldn’t hold this “do-nothing” any longer! I began to feel a strange, hard-to-describe “fatigued” feeling down-there that was unmistakable. And about the same time, I began to experience what I would call an Aless auto-fuck. That is the way it felt and I couldn’t stop it. Yes, I could temporarily “hold” the feeling and pretend to be completely relaxed…….but it didn’t last too long.

After a while in this mode, I began to get a whole-body arousal feeling which forced me to convulse a bit on the sofa. I felt my prostate “alive” with energy and my suspicion is that it is always contracting and relaxing…….although we are not usually attuned to that feeling. How many times during the day do you feel your anus contract and then relax, if only a little bit? Probably (in my case) too many to count. Is it involuntary or voluntary? Why do I do this? I don’t know the exact answer but I suspect that it is related to what I experienced this morning. Oh, the marvels of the male physique!

PS I suspect this may be the same “mode” when performing the do-nothing technique with Aneros.
