So many abbreviations, so little understanding

I’ve had my helix for a few months now, and have been having a great time getting to the famed super O.

That abbreviation is pretty straight forward but I’m having trouble figuring out the Ps and Ts that everyone keeps talking about.

It there a decoder ring I missed somewhere?

Any kind soul out there willingly to school me?
