Where to go from here?

Lets see. Where do I start. A little over a year ago I got a progasm. I have “no experience”, but it looked well made and I thought, it’s so big it’s bound to hit whatever it needs to hit. I didn’t make much progress with it. So I read frequently about people changing aneros to fit them. So my next one was the helix syn. Despite being smaller, it hit a place where the prograsm didn’t (in a good way). I am pretty sure that it hit my prostate as I was thinking “so that’s what it feels like”. I tried the helix syn for a month or two and didn’t feel any progress beyond the first 10 mins. I wondered if the P-tab was too bendy and maybe I should try the helix classic. That takes me to now. I do think that the helix classic pivots better with the non bendy tabs. I think I felt more movement. It was pretty much the same experience though, 10 mins of “good feelings” and then nothing. The positive is that the 10 mins felt a little stronger than the helix syn. I try to be chill about it and not force anything, but I wait and wait and nothing builds.

I read several guides and it makes me wonder if everyone just has their own recipe to what works.

I use waterbased lube but read about shea butter but I am apprehensive because of the saturated fat in the shea butter (absorbs?). I might need to use a little more but I think the movement isn’t inhibited.

Do I just continue with “do nothing”, contractions (p or a) and just one day it will “grab me”? lol

I think I need to work on nipple stimulation because it doesn’t do anything for me, but a lot of aneros users say it helps.

Thanks for suggestions.

  1. You know, that’s exactly why I don’t care for coconut oil. I feel like there’s no reason to think absorbing that much extra fat is a good idea.

  2. One thing I’ve begun to understand better is that you can’t force the pleasure. It’s not just put in the Aneros, do some contractions and *wham* a Super-O/HFWO/Dry-O. There is more at play when things get good, your body responds differently.

Relaxing is tough, especially if you are younger. I got some of my really light Super-Os when I was 25/26 and that was after using it for 5-6 years. Relaxing was the key.

The point of this is, it sounds to me like you are not relaxing. If I could give you some quick advice it would be this:

    1. For the first 10-20 minutes work on relaxing, relaxing to the point that you might even fall asleep.

    2. Get your self aroused. Just think of things that get you going, whether that is something visual, auditory, or a feeling, whatever it is. Do this for about 5-10 minutes.

    3. Tease your body anywhere but your nipples. Just touch it very lightly. Do this for about 5 minutes.

    4. Do some light contractions, contract, hold it for a a few seconds, let go. After those Do another stronger one, let go. Again, but when you let go, let go just a bit and keep it like that. Do this for a few minutes, but make sure your contractions are at least 5-10 seconds.

    5. Now you can try your nipples if you want.

That should be about it, just let thing take it’s course from there. You might want to look up relaxing audio.

  3. IMO, dudes are definitely setting themselves up for failure, by following what works for Tom, Dick, and Harry. 99.9% of those dispensing advice have dud sessions and have plateaued. In a sense, the blind are leading the blind.
