I’m so frustratingly close (I think) and I’m not sure how to progress

I’ve been at it for a little over half a year now and I feel like I’ve made big steps lately. I have both the Ice and Helix syn(cut the tails off both of them, highly recommend it). I get to the point where it feels amazing and I could cum in pretty much 10 seconds if I wanted to touch my dick. I’m still to experience any involuntary contractions 🙁 The only way I can achieve “involuntary” contractions is to contract at about 20% and it’ll start doing it’s own thing but it’s still in a way me doing it.

Anyway, I basically dance on the edge and I have a hard time getting over it. Every contraction feels incredible but I can’t quite get over the edge. Relaxation is out the window at this point as I’m having muscle spasms in my whole pelvic area. How did you guys get past this point? I stay at this level for about an hour (probably longer if I tried) before I call it quits. Total session duration probably 1-2.5 hours.

I have an Njoy wand as well but I haven’t had much success, I have no idea where to use it as I don’t seem to feel where my prostate is.

  1. FWIW, IMO, maybe your modifications to your Aneros could be the cause of your dilema.. The tail serves a bit of a purpose.

  3. You’ll have to figure it out by trial and error. Some ideas: contracting your abs, 100% relaxing your abs (don’t let the spasm happen), light contractions, touching other erogenous zones, breathing faster etc.

    One big thing could be your mindset. You say you’re saying that you’re frustratingly close and that you’re trying to get over an edge. It sounds like (1) you have strong expectations and (2) they’re heavily influenced by the traditional ejaculatory orgasm and other people’s accounts. Instead of guessing what will come next, you might find more pleasure by just soaking in the sensations and reinforcing the feelings mentally (by saying things like “oh god this feels incredible” or moaning). Some people even find success in saying things like “don’t cum don’t cum.” You might even consider that your current sensations actually ARE the orgasm you’re looking for. If you treat it like that, it might just shift again.

  4. I would explore the semi-involuntary contractions you’re getting with the 20% technique a little more. I usually start my sessions by relaxing and deep belly breathing for some time. Then I do a little more time with voluntary contractions of different varieties and eventually the involuntary ones start taking over.

    I noticed that at first too! I could really only get involuntaries by holding a light 10 or 20% contraction. It took a while to connect the dots of, an involuntary contraction happening to then realizing how great it felt. Savoring that sensation, even if barely noticeable, light in strength, or not really “involuntary”, helps increase the feedback loop that will eventually lead to more and more involuntaries. Trust that you don’t necessarily need to DO anything other than listen to sensations. Embrace the lulls between P waves as if they only make you hornier while seemingly nothing is actually happening. It’s like a boomerang, nice sensations or contractions WILL come back as long as you don’t walk away from the place you threw it from.

    Agree with other posters too that you got to keep expectations really open. Start with a clean slate every time
