I have been trying to reach the mythical super-O for a few years and in that time I have collected three different Aneros models. I have a Progasm, a MGX and a Helix Syn.
My question is to those guys who have had major success is: Does the type of Aneros matter? Or is it mostly a mental/practice thing?

My first model was the Progasm. I have achieved the super o with it and have since got a Helix Syn with similar success. The different models produce a different felling imo. If you’d like to chat more then PM me.
I would not buy anymore, you have a good variety.
I would say that is a mental and technique thing. My major problem was that I really don’t know how to relax and stop trying to “make” something happen. After spending your whole sexual life “making” orgasms happen, it is very hard to let go completely and go with it.
Any one of yours should be fine for learning, though the Progasm requires a little more prep/relaxation as you probably know. They’ll all put pressure where it needs to be, the other 90% is mental experimentation and practice.
The different models are VERY different. The mental/practice part is getting the hang of Aneros and new pleasurable feelings. Being able to relax and let just flow with it.
I found three types of Aneros: Big Boys, Dancers, Regular
Big Boys: Progasm, Vice, DeVice, Maximus. Just as the name applies. They fill and put big pressure. Need good experience and toned muscles for good movement.
Dancers: Eupho, Peridise, Tempo. Float around inside teasing until WOW. Advanced in my opinion as need good tone and relaxed totally into slightest of hot touches.
Regulars. Helix, MGX, SGX. Pro Jr. Compromise between dancers and big boys. Easy to insert and apply good constant pressure. Typically best beginner’s models.
All for now. Happy Riding!
I notice a pretty significant difference between my Helix Syn compared to my Progasm. The Helix has become my favorite because it hits my prostate more directly and is easy to manipulate with my muscles. I’ve had less success with my Progasm; its stimulation is much more broad and unfocused, doesn’t really scratch the itch correctly for me. Also, it is a bit more difficult to move around.
As always, YMMV
