“This Eupho Session Was For BPH Relief”

I have been overdue for a session, getting frustrated as well. I think I was in an Aneros “lull” and I think I know why. I have been getting away from the “original” purpose of Aneros (and High Island Health) and that is for BPH relief. This is the reason I “discovered” Aneros in the first place almost 2-1/2 years ago. So I decided to return to my “roots”—–and guess-what? I had a very good session. Let me explain……

I slept in my XO “chastity cup” and am currently in Day 4 of SR. When I awoke, I was not especially aroused. But that didn’t stop me from lubing-up the Eupho-C and getting some BPH relief. I have noticed recently a trend towards more frequent trips to the lavatory at night and double and triple “voiding” afterwards. The prostate massages work very well in this regard and I am disappointed in myself for not taking advantage of it.

What I probably should do is put myself back on a “BPH-relief” schedule every couple of days and determine how my BPH symptoms are (hopefully) diminishing. After all, it is less than 2 months away from my annual urological exam and I don’t want any surprises!

This Eupho session was “no-nonsense” — I didn’t feel anything especially arousing — but that didn’t matter. What mattered is that I was in fact stimulating my prostate and that action will help me in the BPH-relief department. I need to resume these regular sessions with diligence and with the “right” approach and attitude! Anything else in the way of prostate pleasure will be the “icing on the cake”! If I can just keep this mindset going in to sessions, I will have succeeded!

PS The fact that this BPH-relief involves the sex organs is really immaterial to the intent of the prostate massage! This I believe is why a lot of guys get too hung-up on the pleasure aspect of prostate massage. That is nice, but being free from BPH and its related symptoms is important too, especially for men of our age (I’m soon to be 67!)
