I don’t think I purposely suppress erections during the day, but…..
Today, my mind seems to be accepting the fact that I could have an erection during the day. I had one in the pool this morning; I had one while working around the house this afternoon (wearing my Bike hard cup for protection); I had one (actually combined with a chairgasm and substantial Aless) while on my PC this evening. What is going on here?

Is there something in my subconscious mind that is accepting or denying these erections? I always have them at night because they almost always wake me up (while wearing a “chastity cup”). But erections during the day for me are not too common.
Should I continue to “accept” them, without embarrassment? I know that the answer should be “yes!” This will require a change on my part to “allow” these erections during the day, instead of only at night, when they may occur together with an Aneros session.
PS By the same reasoning, sex during the day could also be possible (with sufficient arousal)?
