Here’s how I get to my reliable super-O.

Hey everyone, first time poster. Three year user, own a Helix, a Progasm and my favorite, the Eupho Trident. The below technique works with all three. Happy to explain further if anyone would like! I was unemployed for a month and got to really practice and refine this. My technique:
I get completely naked. I lube up and slowly slide it into myself. I’m not surprised when the last inch or so seems to have a mind of its own, the toy knows where it’s going. My next goal is to lie flat on my back and relax so hard that I can feel my heartbeat, very gently, in my chest. When I say relax, I mean specifically to release tension. Tension is the opposite of pleasure; it’s a survival instinct. (Do whatever you need to do to make this experience calm, and whatever you can do to make you feel safe getting loud. I find tensing and releasing tight muscle groups helps with this, as does telling myself out loud to relax deeper, deeper, deeper. You may have your own technique for this, I say whatever works. You do you.)

Once I feel my pulse, I picture my pulse as a pulse of light that feels warm. Then I try to see if I can feel that pulse across my chest and upper arms. Once I can, I track that feeling down to my fingertips, then from my chest down to my toes. I want to feel my whole body align on a single rhythm. And then I remember that there’s a toy in me.

I pay attention to the toy, and I can feel it gently tap, tap, tapping against my prostate. It’s only tapping as hard as my heartbeat, but I can feel it. I’m very sensitive right now. The feeling behind my balls gets more…bright, more prickly, more firm. I know it when I feel it.

Since my body is on one rhythm, any little quiver sort of ripples through me. Some muscles pulse on their own. This starts to raise my heart rate, and I might see and/or feel my cock twitch. I do my very best to relax every muscle on my body, but I twitch more as my breath becomes shorter. Sometimes, I start to take shorter, faster breaths intentionally to gently accelerate the process.

At this point, I feel a constant sort of rippling, glowing feeling inside me, right behind my cock. That feeling gets bigger and brighter until my hole starts to quiver. Sometimes I start taking much deeper breaths. That feeling grows as my body starts to shake, coming from my hole. That’s my anal orgasm. I don’t ejaculate, I just feel that warm, tingly orgasm feeling from my forehead to my stomach to my kneecaps to my toes. I can stay at this level for a while, sometimes by giving myself verbal cues, saying “it feels so good,” or “I’m cumming, I’m cumming” or whatever sounds I can manage to make.

Sometimes, my breath gets even shorter at this point, or my moans get higher pitched, or my moans get lower pitched, and I feel myself ascending to a very intense, screaming orgasm. This is the super-O. (The “ascent” feels a little scary the first couple of times. You’ll feel an urge to go silent, to breathe less, to freak yourself out. Trust the good feeling. If you let yourself moan the way your mouth wants to moan, your ass will cum the way your ass wants to cum.)

As the orgasm subsides, I let myself come back to relaxation before I go again. That’s my usual practice, but sometimes I’m only halfway relaxed before I turn around and go back up to the top of my orgasm. I let my body tell me what it wants. That’s maybe the whole point of this.

  3. I haven’t gotten a super-O yet, but I’ve definitely noticed that just relaxing is the best approach. Any kind of flexing of anal / pelvic floor muscles seems to push me further away from pleasure, while full relaxation makes me feel waves of pleasure that make my body twitch uncontrollably.
