Last night for the first time after about a week or so of trying, I achieved some kind of orgasm. It was triggered by nipple stimulation and whilst I don’t like to label it, I believe it was near or related to a Super O.
However the problem is that during the build-up 30 seconds or so before the orgasm, I only progress during an in breath. If I breathe out the feelings subside. Similarly during the orgasm itself it only continues whilst I either hold my breath or breath in. Breathing out ends it. It seems to cause the feeling of ‘pressure’ throughout my body to be released.
How can I get around this? I am certain that the feelings would continue for far longer if I didn’t have to end them by exhaling.
Thanks

Try breathing in deeply enough to move your chest and stomach. When you breath out, your stomach should go in and you should be almost flexing your abs. That should maintain the pressure in your pelvis.
I had similar issues as you, I would get up to a point where I couldn’t progress the intensity of sensation any further, as relaxed as possible, deep breathing, involuntary clenching of abdominal and pelvic muscles, toy spasming inside me. I’ve found what got me over the hump was making sure I was exhaling completely, pulling my abdominal muscles inward as if I were trying to push out every last bit of air. This combined with the upward motion on the inhale causes the tip of the top to rub up and down on my prostate and leads to some awesome sensations.
