Hi, I recently purchased the Helix Syn Trident and have used it for the first time last night and found it great for the time put into pleasuring myself. I am curious though, is the MGX Syn Trident much different then the one I purchased? if so what is different about the two. Thank you for all the help and comments.

Every one of the Aneros devices have a different “signature “, meaning they all fit slightly different and apply different or more/less focused pressure on the prostate. The MGX has a ribbed stem where your body can grip it slightly better and it has a slightly smaller head than the Helix. I have and use both, and they both work as intended, they just “feel” slightly different.
I only have the Helix Trident (original? not the Syn type) and don’t have the MGX. But from what I’ve read the Helix is more of a pivot action and the MGX is more of an in/out action? I’d love input from people who have and used both.
The Helix is a bit more aggressive, and hits the prostate a bit harder when you move it. So it’s great for most beginners whose prostates may not be as sensitive, for guys who like/need more aggressive stimulation, and for times when you might want a shorter session. The “cons” are that aggressive bulb and angles of the Helix may be get tiring or even make you a bit sore if your prostate is sensitive and you use it for a long time.
The MGX is a bit smaller as others have stated. It also tends to move a bit more and further, and to me subjectively feels like it’s “stroking” across the prostate lightly instead of pushing it a bit harder as the Helix does. So it may take a little longer (at first) to get powerful sensations from it. But if you have time for a longer session, the MGX may be able to take you to places that the Helix can’t. Personally the MGX is my favorite but everyone is different. I would definitely recommend trying it once you become familiar with the Helix, especially if you’re interested in exploring further.
