Hi, I had a interesting aless session last night. I couldn’t sleep and put the 6th Mindgasm file on my earphones. Despite the file tells you to relax completely while feeling for those fluttery feelings, I felt involuntary contractions. After a while I got into warm tingly feeling territories but I noticed I kept tighten the belly muscles kinda hard despite trying to stay completely relaxed. Breathing in deep and relaxing those muscles and the feeling was gone.
So far I can easily get involuntary contractions to start. But even while being horny I can’t find a way to get into the pleasure zone….
Another thing about the Mindgasm files: I still can’t find that imaginary “top” muscle above the penis. Any secrets to share? It really drives me nuts to read that people who got this, can reach orgasm easily and far more important repeatedly and prolonged.
Oh and btw: shivers down my back (like if it is cold, but without low temperatures) are a kind of pleasure wave or not? I had that a few times in different sessions at normal room temperature. Just wondering if that could be atleast the beginning of a pwave?

Do you do kegel exercises? You’ll have a hard time isolating your PC muscle if you don’t exercise it. It’s a fairly weak muscle due to lack of use.
I’ve been trying aless on and off for a few months. A few notes in no particular order…
Expectations – most of the time I’m trying aless before I go to sleep, so I’m actually trying not to orgasm, as I’ll wake my wife…
Muscle movements – I’ve found the PC muscles are actually a group, and I’m starting to be able to move them separately (or at least that’s his it feels). This has only happened recently, and I get the best results by holding the higher up muscle for a while, then slowly bringing in the others.
I think I can get something from that imaginary top muscle, but it almost feels like its at the very bottom of my core muscles.
One exercise that might help for muscle identification, when you next take a leak, tense everything up a little and slowly release until you’re able to pee. Don’t try and control them to start with, just see if you can feel what moves.

Tips to find the Top:
1. flex imaginary muscle at tip of your penis/frenulum
2. try to pull your penis inwards
3. flex a muscle at the base of your penis, optional: put a finger at base of penis, where pubes start, push slighty, try to contract that area.
4. slightly push imagined urine out with a super light base and center contraction towards your penis
