Hi everyone, I’ve been exploring in this wonderful world of prostate massage for the last 2 years on and off and have achieved prostate orgasms and mmo with my helix syn. Long story short I don’t have my helix anymore and was contemplating getting another helix syn or a eupho syn. I don’t think i want to go any bigger as I used to get a bit sore after a long session so I was just curious on everyone’s thoughts are on both of them. Cheers guys

Maybe just go Helix Syn since you clicked with it? How did you happen to no longer have it? (Just curious.. dont mind me)
Well have had Helix Syn as first Aneros.
I got a Progasm, and like the size of that one.
I do usually start my Sesh with the Helix, and move to Progasm, most times.
Really enjoy the feeling, butt have not had the HFO yet.
Bigger is not better. Stay with the same or stainless Tempo.
Curious to hear your report if you go for the Eupho. I’ve been eyeing that or the MGX for a while. I primarily use my Progasm but also have a Helix. Since the Eupho isn’t much of a difference from the Helix dimension-wise it might be worth giving it a go, although the material could be an adjustment.
Started off with the Helix Syn and graduated to a Maximus, which I like best and have achieved the Super-Os with it… the Maximus is abt 1” wide and anything bigger hurts me since I am very tight… the Progasm is bigger I believe, and I don’t want to attempt it.. I use oil based lube (cocoa butter Vaseline) and I don’t have any breakdown issues with my Helix Syn…however I achieve the PO’s usually with the Maximus…. use the Helix Syn when I want a jolt when stuffing the Wife… I would suggest you go bigger… and check out the different dimensions between the Maximus and Progasm… also the Maximus is an older model, so you might get a good deal on it… good luck!
