  1. You don’t need much movement, but here are some options:

    Leave a larger toy inserted for a bit.

    Try a slicker lube that doesn’t dry out.

    Use a relaxant (alcohol, poppers, weed.)

  2. This is how.

    Start small. A finger is perfect. Lube up and slowly slide it in. Let it rest for a couple of minutes and get used to the feeling of it being there. Now squeeze and hold for about 10 seconds then relax. Remove the finger. Relube. Repeat. After that becomes comfortable, go slightly larger (2 fingers). Repeat. You can repeat this exercise as much as you need, gradually getting larger and larger until you can fit whatever you decide to use.

    This is an adaptation of the Muscle Energy Technique. I’m a massage therapist and I use this to treat muscles that are too tight. It’s very effective!
