I don’t have any experience with it but from what I’ve read you may have been hitting the bladder instead of the prostate. I also heard that if you try milking yourself what can come out is a mix of semen/precum and pee?
This might be happening because you fuck yourself too hard and you don’t get that subtle stimulation of your prostate. The key is not to pound the shit out oft you, thats too much stimulation and you’re pressing on your bladder to.
