Hi. As I have not had any progress, I am looking forward to some advice. So this is my story.
Last month I ordered a helix trident in order to have new experiences with it. I’m not new to inserting prostate toys, I bought a prostate vibrator last summer, but I didn’t really enjoy it and I wanted to “start again”.
The thing is that first sessions using the aneros were fine. I was able to ejaculate 3 nights in a row, but I don’t think it was because of the toy (I have been practising HFO for the last 5 years and I achieved my first wet orgasm 2 years ago. So I give credit to my experience and nipple stimulation rather than to the toy).
I’ve been trying to improve my performance with the aneros during the past few weeks, but nothing seems to work. I try not to touch my dick and watch porn. Besides, I always relax before a session and I try the “do nothing” technique, but nothing really happens. I’ve also tried to move the toy making use of my PC muscles, but it doesn’t feel confortable or pleasurable.
I am quite lost. Do you know any first step I could take?

The bit tip/guidance I’ve had recently (which has really propelled my journey forwards) has been to ditch the regular contractions (going from 0-100% repeatedly) and to focus instead on holding it, gently, at somewhere between 0-30%.
The big movements are intended, I think, to help you identify the sensations that accompany your prostate being pressured by the toy. The magic doesn’t start until it begins to move alone and the holding of a gentle contraction will(eventually) cause the muscle to spasm, flutter and pleasure you.
From there, it’s a case of just learning how to hold it there – which is where the kegel training becomes crucial.
I had a guy talk me through this once, as he did it, and all of a sudden I was experiencing all sorts like I never had before – it was incredible and very affirming that the time I’ve spent dabbling with an Aneros really was going to be worth it.
