So far I have had 2 different Helis Sync V models quit working almost the same way. They were never abused nor under water, nor dropped. Anyone else besides me have this happen? They both started losing their minutes of charge & eventually would not charge at all. I started using it without the vibrations but realize it is still under warranty but every time I send it back, I have to pay for the return shipping & insurance charge. After the 2nd time I feel it is a losing situation!

The charger for the Syn V is utter shit, the connection is really flaky. Since I started using one of these to charge it, I’ve had zero problems.

Have you tested with other chargers to verify it’s the device and not the charger?
I had something like this happen. I can’t remember my fix but it’s something the along the line of the following: Try plugging it in for a second then turn it on again. Or while it’s on put the power cable onto it. This will shut it off but it should be good after you start it up again. Not sure if this helps but gl.
