Hello all,
When I voluntarily contract my pc and anal mucles I often get intense twitching which feels good but often ends in frustration. I haven’t seen anyone talk about the twitching as much. I considered contractions as bigger and not as fast as the twitching. Is intense twitching a part of the journey?
From the feedback I have read I assume I just need to relax more and focus less on voluntary contractions. I also find it difficult to tell the difference between anal and pc contractions.
Any feedback appreciated.

I think the beauty of this is in the involuntary movements, which can only happen when you are relaxed…i.e. not focused on which movement you should be making..
if that makes sense..
