Depends on the intensity level. The lowest setting is nearly undetectable and can wear it around the house or sitting in the same room with my roommate, he has no clue. The higher the intensity, the louder it is.
Also depends on the vibration pattern you’re using. Some are louder, some are just subtle pulses.
It also has a button on top of the remote that allows you to apply more pressure to make the vibe as intense as you like.
As vibrating toys go, it’s very quiet, if you’re in your own room I doubt anyone outside it will hear a thing. It’s my favorite vibrating toy by the way, the combination of very subtle stimulation, the variety of patterns and the size and shape just makes me cummmm like crazy!
