First session, didn’t feel anything? Not contracting the right way? Help!

Hello! After years of general curiosity, and self locking in chastity awakening an interest in bottoming for the first time, I finally ordered a Helix SYN! I finally got the privacy and the time and went for it!

However, even after reading every single line of the Wiki and setting up an “ideal” session yesterday, it felt like…. nothing. I tried for over an hour of deep breaths, repositioning, contractions (at least I think I was doing contractions properly?), and it didn’t feel like anything. I know this is a long journey of “rewiring” and progress is slow, but I’d don’t expect to feel NOTHING!

Help! How long did it take you to feel anything at all, let alone pleasure? How do you know if you’re tensing/contracting the right muscles?

Just trying not to get too discouraged or frustrated!

    But from what I’ve read It may just come down to patience, practice and arousal.

  2. Did you try the first few sessions of mindgasm (with or without toy in)? Those really got me going in the right direction. Once I got to the point of pc quivering lots of progress made.

    I still haven’t figured out tying in nipple stimulation, still with difficulty isolating anal vs pc contractions. But every day is a bit better. Give it time I think.

  3. Your first few times your probably not gonna feel anything because your body and brain don’t know yet what it’s supposed to feel it takes time. The whole journey is about finding what works for you you can’t force this. I saw you said you tried for over an hour the key word is “tried” that’s gonna slow you down you need to just relax. Your body and mind will figure it out you “trying” will more then likely get in the way.

    For the muscles part you asked about you have to train them to be stronger to start seeing advancements just like working out in a gym it doesn’t just happen after working out a few times. The stronger and more active the muscles get they can move the toy better. If you do wanna do physical contractions make them ever so slightly like almost 2% of your power.

    Treat this as a meditation don’t think about this as a way to orgasm do it because you enjoy it not because your seeking pleasure or orgasms. You have to truly relax like you never have before

    It took me a few months of doing about 2 sessions a week before I started to feel anything once you start feeling something then it becomes about not chasing feeling you have to just let them be basically ignore them and they will grow

  4. I think what finally gave me some really great progress was to abandon the male tendency to push for pleasure. Our tendency is to tense up to build towards a traditional orgasm. Using the Aneros is an entirely different animal! It took me Years to get past that. Also work on PC and anus strength and control. I am able to control both independently and create a wave motion between the PC and anus. It took a whole year of serious dedication to develop that level of control. Know this though; everything is well worth the effort when you finally achieve the Super-O. It is well beyond our traditional frame of reference pleasure wise. Good luck and keep at it!
