Hello! So I’ve recently started using toys. In initial couple of sessions the toy would cause involuntary contractions but now it seems to fit snugly in me. It doesn’t move much although with arousal i get hard and leak some precum. The lack of movement wouldn’t allow me to do contractions of my pc/sphincter it just feels uncomfortable.
I do relax alot so that isn’t the problem. Should I change positions? (I currently lie on my back with knees up) or should I change the lube? (I use a liquid based lube).
Please help me out!

Are you using the hard plastic MGX or the silicone version? Silicone toys need to be used with water based only. The hard plastic Aneros can be used with any kind of lube you want! Most of my Aneros are silicone, so I have a lot of water based lube on hand.
Are you just lubing the toy and the entrance to your butt? Get some lube shooters, they’re fairly inexpensive. That helped me a ton!!! Having lube inside allows the toy to move around much easier and contractions are comfortable.
As for position, if I am on my back I will either put a pillow under my pelvis which arches my back a little bit, that’ll get you into a really good position for toy mobility and control.
Laying on my side with the top leg either spread across the bed or the knee pulled towards my chest also feels great!
Sometimes laying on my back with the pillow under me I’ll hang one leg off the side of the bed and this too gives a pretty unique feeling and toy positioning.
I find that the MGX ribs at the neck limits the movement for me. I originally got it thinking that the feelings must be exquisite as it stimulates my anus but not cigar
You may benefit from using a larger butt plug for a little while before each Aneros session to stretch your muscles. A bit like stretching your legs before a run. It will limber you up and give you more movement.
Also, remember the anal play motto: too much lube is almost enough.
