Rating toys like the Tempo on “pleasure level” is kinda useless because everyone is different. Hence why some people experience no pleasure from any toy and express frustration while others achieve incredible satisfaction very quickly.
I’d give it an 8. After I’m warmed up and really receptive it can really be effective. The feeling of the stainless steel alone is reason enough to have one. So smooth and mobile!
