  4. How long are your sessions? In the beginning it’s not uncommon to feel basically nothing and 10 sessions isn’t a ton in the grand scheme of things.

    I’d suggest letting your sessions go for at least an hour and if you can go for longer that’s great ( personally i usually do 2+ hour sessions but I’m also having back to back orgasm most of those 2 hours).

    I’d also try various positions and give each of them like a full half hour to really see if it makes a difference. My preferred position is lying on my back with my knees tucked so my feet are flat on the bed (pillow under my hips to lift my butt just a little so the toy isn’t touching the bed and can move freely), but in the beginning this position did nothing for me and I actually preferred lying on my side on the fetal position.

    Next, do what you can to get yourself in a horny state of mind.     Staying relaxed is somewhat of a misnomer for me. I always start my sessions by relaxing but once any kind of pleasure starts up then different muscles in my body start to slowly tense up. Now, I could force myself to stay physically relaxed but that would just set me back to 0. If however I let my muscles tense up then orgasms happen for me very quickly. It’s important to follow where the body is leading and try not to take control by forcing physical relaxation or conversely forcing myself to tense up. I think the idea of staying relaxed is more like relaxing your desire to control what’s happening. Let your body guide you. This will make more sense on the future for you.

    You can try Mindgasm if you want but I only did once and it didn’t really do anything for me. In my experience I just sort of naturally learned to manipulate my PC muscles by simply using the Aneros. There’s never been any magic rhythm for me or secret way of activating the muscles just right or forcing “involuntaries” by squeezing the muscles until they shake. That all feels a little gimmicky to me, but then again some people swear by it. My suggestion is try it if it seems interesting to you and see if it helps.

    One more thing to keep in mind is that when you do find pleasurable feelings just go with whatever is causing that. Whether it’s tensing up, pushing out, relaxing, mindgasm, gyrating your hips, or dancing the samba, if it causes pleasure just keep going with i. No matter what you’ve read or heard, just do what works for you. We all have different ways of achieving prostate orgasms and my way is completely different than how some other people do it.
