I can’t do weed because of my job but I am interested in supplements that help me achieve a deeper state of relaxation. Ashwaganda has done wonders for my nighttime anxiety and helps me sleep restfully and soundly. I’m thinking this could help with my sessions. I have been able to achieve HFWO a number of times but never back to back. What else can recommend?

Kava kava. Doublewood is a decent capsule brand but the good stuff is Kalm with Kava.
