Been playing on and off with the progasm for about 2 years. I get pleasurable feelings, sometimes quite intense with a little leg shaking/abdomen tightening at its peak. But I feel the majority of the pleasure in my perineum, the same area you start to feel a regular orgasm building around. Sometimes it feels like a HFWO is about to happen then it dies down. But I rarely feel pleasure around my prostate itself. Maybe a little pressure or tightening but that’s it.
Normal or nah? I know what prostate pleasure is supposed to feel like cuz I sleep with dudes. This feels just as good but not really like what I see others on here talking about.

Can’t say I’ve experienced that exactly, but I’ve had other sensations that I hadn’t read about anywhere. And for the most part they feel good. Prostate play is a very personal experience, and I find it best when I focus more on the fact that I’m experiencing a pleasurable sensation and less on whether that sensation is normal. Just gotta enjoy the ride!
