Oozing precum for hours. Who else?

I use aneros for several years and got never a hfwo. But i am oozing precum for hours when i lay down on bed, pillow under back and wait till it starts. Sometimes my body starts to shake and my dick get half or full erected. Sometimes my dick is soft or half soft.
