2. Is it a syn and do you use coconut oil? Even after cleaning it off, it seems to kind of seep out again like a powderyness

3. I know it isn’t mold, it could be what everyone else is saying, or it could be a powder that comes out of many silicone items over time. It’s a binder of my memory is correct.

   Either way it’s harmless.

4. I have seen white powdery on silicone toys. I always assumed it was dried residue from soap used to was them.
