so after my first session i went 5 days without porn or jerking off and i just wrapped up todays. it started ok veryyyyyy light waves and then i finished the mindgasm session and had to pee. i tried a different vidoe and this one was a lot easier i didint have to focus as much the guy just said flex the muscle and let ur body do the rest. so i just chilled and flexed, and i felt way better results than using mindgasm. the waves went through my entire upper body and stayed for a little bit. i’m still only on lesson two so i’m gonna keep using it and training but for now just chilling and going with the flow unguided is a pretty good backup plan if the session takes too long without feeling any results. is this a bad thing for me?

first session
just finished my first session and it went pretty well i was able to feel some good waves. how long should i wait before doing it again? should i give it a few days each time or should i be being consistent and doing it every day?
