I ordered the [Helix Classic on Amazon](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001AQNSFW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) from the seller Twenty20, however when it arrived it had numerous rough spots, however the product is not eligible for return so I was wondering if there was anything I could do to get a refund.
