Every session I have ends in orgasmic release, but I’m not sure it’s a prostate orgasm? I focus, relax, and with build up comes a HFWO. My helix syn trident always hits that little button enough for me to get a wet orgasm. I don’t believe I’ve ever had a dry orgasm, without ejaculation. It feels wonderful but I wouldn’t say it’s “rolling pleasure” or constant orgasms like some have offered in this sub. Any recommendations or am I thinking about the prostate orgasm wrong?
