I’m so frustratingly close (I think) and I’m not sure how to progress

I’ve been at it for a little over half a year now and I feel like I’ve made big steps lately. I have both the Ice and Helix syn(cut the tails off both of them, highly recommend it). I get to the point where it feels amazing and I could cum in pretty much 10 seconds if I wanted to touch my dick. I’m still to experience any involuntary contractions 🙁 The only way I can achieve “involuntary” contractions is to contract at about 20% and it’ll start doing it’s own thing but it’s still in a way me doing it.

Anyway, I basically dance on the edge and I have a hard time getting over it. Every contraction feels incredible but I can’t quite get over the edge. Relaxation is out the window at this point as I’m having muscle spasms in my whole pelvic area. How did you guys get past this point? I stay at this level for about an hour (probably longer if I tried) before I call it quits. Total session duration probably 1-2.5 hours.

I have an Njoy wand as well but I haven’t had much success, I have no idea where to use it as I don’t seem to feel where my prostate is.

Intense muscle spasms, good or distracting?

So recently I decided to remove the red tab on my helix syn which made a big difference. I noticed after a while I started getting pretty violent muscle spasms. It didn’t feel more or less enjoyable but I’m not sure if it’s moving me in the right direction or distracting me from going further? They’re almost impossible to resist and thrusts my hips forward every 2-3 seconds or so. What’s your experience with this?

How do I ride the P waves?

Hey, I’ve had my progasm for about 3 months now and it’s great, awesome sensations getting better every session. I’ve gotten to the point where I can get a P wave, but I’m not sure where to go from there. I find myself putting a lot of effort into relaxing my body and making sure my muscles arent tense. After a while I sort of feel myself sink into the bed and I feel a P wave coming, and its great, but then my heart starts beating really fast and I’m not sure what to do because at that point I lose it. I try to do the same thing I always do, meaning I dont go faster or anything like that.

Also considering getting the eupho syn as I’ve seen some people get great results from switching back and forth between models.

Stay consistent or take breaks?

As the title says, whether you go into a session and you just finish the traditional way or not at all, is this something that I should do every other day or take a weeks break between? Right now I just finish with my hands after a few hours of no success, so I’m thinking maybe its better to wait for 5-6 days before attempting again but I’m not sure if thats the best way to go about it. What do you think?

So, sooo close!

I’ve had this thing (progasm ice) for about 2 months now and used it probably under 10 times. Last night was the closest I’ve ever gotten to what I think might’ve been a super-o. As it starts to build up and I get to that edge, I’m not really sure what to do. If I keep going at the same pace as not to “chase” the feeling too much and getting over excited, I kinda lose the feeling after a while. I also tried just going all in, as in contracting quite hard and trying one final push or whatever you want to call it, and it got me really close but not quite there. What do you guys do once you get very close?
